A new Goal...

Yesterday I did Combat Cardio, burned 600 calories in 60mins. I am having so much fun with this release.

Today was legs:

Smith Shuffles 3x60
Smith Squats 3x15 20lb.

Single leg squat off the step 3x15 each leg
Jump rope 3x60sec.
Calf Raises 3x15 120lb.

Pushups 3x12
Prone ABS 2x30sec.

Leg extension 3x15 35lb.
Hamstring Curls 3x15 40lb.

I bougth this tiny shirt on Saturday and I want to fit into it, by July, so I have loose at least 10lb. if not 15. so that's the new goal.

Great Mother's Day...


I had an early Mother's Day present, I got to go to Houston to Fitness Fest with two of my instructors. I got to meet Dan and Rachel the choreographers for Body Combat, and they were super nice, I am still kind of on cloud nine. I tried Body Attack, man it is hard, but it will whoop ya into shape. Also tried Step and Pump. Step not so much my thing, but Pump I will definetly try.
My leggs are sore today, quadriceps are killer. So I will foam roll them in a bit and then head to be.

Finally a workout...

I got to BodyCombat this morning. I gave it my all and burned 545 cals, which I did not turn my HR monitor on until after the first warmup song.
I am also excited, cause I am going to Houston Fitness Fest on Saturday with two of the instructors, how much fun is that going to be. I am so phsyced.

Day 10

Went to RPM this morning, had to use a black bike = no fun. If you turned the knob it was all or nothing. I was dripping by the end of the class. But I do like these Saturdays working out with Steve.

Cardio= RMP 45mins

Weights

FM Lat Pull downs alternating arms 3x15 50
FM Chest Press 3x15 25lb.

Seated Rows with Easy Bar 3x15 50lb.
DB flys and lat raises 3x10 5lb.

DB Bicep curls alternating arms 3x10 (each arm) 15lb.
Bench Dips with feet up 3x15

Calf Raises 3x15 120lb.
Jumping Rope 1min.

I can feel my arms, they are going to be sore tomorrow, but that's ok.

Day 8 & 9

Day 8

Shuffles under the smith Machine 3x60sec.

Assisted Pullups 3x110 110lb.
Assisted Dips 3x15 90lb.

Seated Rows w/easy bar 3x15 50lb.
Quarter squat fly 3x15 5lb.

Machine Curls 3x15 40lb.
Tricep extentions 3x15 40lb.

Workout yesterday, I did sweat quiet a bit and I am feeling sore today. I also still can feel the workout from Monday.

Day 9

Body Combat


I am going to workout with weights 4x week now alternating upper and lower body. Hope that will get me results.

Day 5,6&7

Sunday and Monday I took rest.

Today went to the gym and hit the weights. I was to tired to go to cycle. But I think this will work out better this way.

Pushups 3x10 (slow)
Prone ABS 30sec.

Lunges on Bosu Ball on smitch machine 3x15 20lb.
BOSU Crunches 3x15

Hamstring curls 3x15 40lb.
Leg Extentions 3x15 35lb.

Single Legg Sled squats 2x15 45lb.

I was sweating and I can feel it in my legs. So I think it was a good workout.

day 3 & 4

Day 3,
I did not workout, I had billions of errands to run.

Day 4

Cardio 50mins RPM (Intervall Cycling)
I was really beat after this, but my husband talked me into a upper body workout.

FM Lat pulldown 3x15 40lb.
FM Chest Press 3x15 25lb.

Cable Rows 3x15 50lb.
DB flies, quater squat 3x15 3lb.

DB Bicep Curl, both arms 3x12 25lb.
Bench Dips

Calf Raises 2x15 105lb.

I am sure I will be sore tomorrow. So it's a good thing I have a rest Day.
