So the last week has been pretty terrible. Not just eating wise but emotional as well. So I kind of fell of the Wagon and the scales showed it.
So this morning I woke up and decided it's time to get back on the Wagon, well chase after it and then get back on.
I made Banana Pancakes, gluten free and they are delicious. You can find my recipe in my other Blog: Cooking for Jared Padalecki and decide for yourself. They didn't look like much, but they filled me up and were tasty.
I need to remember drinking more water and tea again, since my mom has been here, I have been drinking to much coffee. So that's my goal for this week, log food and drink water. I am also going to a convention this weekend, but the good thing is, I can make Salads in a Jar and I am staying at my house, so I don't have to worry to much about bad foods.
Then we have only one more weekend at the Faire and one more Con right after that and then I have 2 months with nothing going on on the weekends. So I can get my gym schedule back on track.
This week there is no Gym at all, I have to make merchandise and fill orders for the convention and I hope to maybe get a walk in the next two days.
We shall see.
Anyways, I am back on the Wagon.
2014 came and went, I dealt with health issues and looked like a beached whale in my pictures. Well NO MORE, I ordered The BODY COMBAT DVD's and loving them.

Eating Healthy while camping at the Renaissance Faire...
So of all things I am the Chocolate Fairy out at Sherwood Forest Faire. This is my second year doing this, I was working at a booth the 3 years before that. But anyway, so last year I ate not that great out there, I had Faire food most of the time and well it just wasn't that healthy.
This year I made a change, and it helps that my friend Angela, is close and we help each other remembering that we do need to eat...
So Here are a few things that have helped me to eat better out there.
Breakfast:
I precook egg scramble, with Turkey sausage, egg whites, veggies (whatever I have, this weekend it's mushrooms, bell peppers), I can heat those up in a microwave in a trailer and make Breakfast Tacos. Yeah I know the Tortillas are not the best, but hey I am about to walk 7 miles.
This week I am also bringing Chia Pudding, cause they are yummy and I can either eat them as breakfast or a snack.
Lunch:
I either have a sandwich on a sandwich round or a Salad in a Jar... We also started to do a character lunch inside the fair and I usually have some fruit, lunch meat and cheese.
Dinners:
Friday we eat at home and then leave...So we get to the Fair before 10pm just in time to go to bed.
Saturday one of us usually make a big one pot meal and people bring stuff to add on. This weekend we'll have a veggie stew with Tofu (not sure about that) and Angela is making her super yummy turkey chili. Which I probably will eat.
Snacks:
This is the important thing... we have fruit, grapes are always good, strawberries, and tangerines. Then I also have protein bars and I made some energy bites.
So if you make an effort, you can definitely eat healthy Camping at the Fair.

a small snag
Doing two conventions in a row, was not a smart thing. Well it was smart for my business, but not smart for the weight loss front.
At the first convention I had gained 4lb., which I then proceeded to loose 2lb again. Then this past weekend at Anime Overload I did better. My friend Kazia came with me. And we decided to bring healthy foods. So that's what we did. We had oatmeal for Breakfast, boiled eggs, Chicken breast, sliced Turkey, cheese sticks and fruit in the cooler. We had also a variety of cereal bars for the girls and us just in case. So thank so her, I ate decent, I had a slice of Apple pie at my friends house, but I didn't pig out and had bad food all weekend. So I came home with no gain, no loss either, but hey I take it.
Then Monday came around and I woke up with the Con Crud, Today was the first day I felt like a human being again and I left my house at 7am to head to the gym. I swam for 40 mins and put 1250 m behind me. That's the farthest I've swam since I started to swim. I only stopped after every 10 laps to grab a drink of water and defog my goggles. After I went into the Sauna for 5mins and that was torture. But I feel good now. I am back to logging my food and exercise.
So back on track.
